Q1 Upon registration, I tried to register by adding my account number and email, but it always gives me "Data mismatching error!" or "Invalid or Inconsistent Data Input"!

A2It means, your current mobile number is not registered in EGBANK systems, it's a benefit to pay a visit to the nearest EGBANK branch to you and update your information, but you still can call EGBANK Contact center 19342 to get support and continue with the registration process.
Q3Upon registration, I received the OTP on my mobile after a while then I tried to use but the systems keeps raising a message "invalid OTP !" .
A3The OTP is valid for few minutes only, so you should try to press the button "Resend OTP" to get a new valid OTP, and if you did not receive it within maximum 5 minutes, it would be better to call EGBANK Contact center 19342 to get support and continue with the registration process.
Q4 Upon registration, every time, I insert a username, it gives the message "Username does not match the Username criteria".
A4Username must be at least 8 characters with no spaces (and with no special characters like ! @ # $ % & ).
Q5Upon registration, every time, I insert a username, it gives me the message "Username is in use, Please try another!"
A5 It means someone previously registered to EGBANK internet banking service with this username. You should try another one.
Q6Upon registration, every Time, I answer the "Memorable Question", it gives "Answer does not match the answer field criteria".
A6Answer question must be at least 8 characters and spaces are allowed (and with no special characters like ! @ # $ % & ).
Q7 Upon registration, I finished my registration process successfully and it displayed "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY CREATED. CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR ACTIVATION LINK", but, actually I did not receive any mails!
A7Please check your email carefully for an email sent from the domain myegbank.com, specially your "Junk mails" and "Spam mails" folders, sometimes free email providers like, Hotmail, Yahoo, live.com, ..etc. suspect mails that includes activation hyperlinks and classify them as a spam.
Q8 Upon registration, I finished my registration process successfully and the system displayed a confirmation message "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY CREATED. CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR ACTIVATION LINK", but later on, when it tried to use the activation link it gives me a message " Error! Registration process could not be completed please try again later.
A8This error appears when the activation link sent to your email account is already expired. You must use the activation link within one day from receiving it. If you got this error message then you have to start the registration process again from the beginning.
Q9 I think I forgot my user name!
